Ravenscraft Family

This is one of the first families I met upon my arrival in Colorado. When they asked me to take photos of them when the whole crew was in town I couldn't wait until we got together! We met at the top of Boreas Pass in Breckenridge which closes when the snow begins to fall and was still snowed in when we had our session. The trees line the road and it's one of my favorite places in Breckenridge to photograph.

Fisette Family

This sweet family contacted me to join them at Copper Mountain for a day of snowboarding and pictures. The weather cooperated nicely and we played in the snow without any clouds casting shadows. It was so fun watching the kids shred down the hill while capturing laughs, smiles, and also a few edges that ended in quivering lips but determination to try again. Kids are so tough man!

Vail Pass

We barely missed the rain on this shoot! I'm so glad that we caught a break because the cloudy skies made for the most dreamy light. This family worked so easily and quickly with me to capture their photos before the rain came back. One of their older children had been battling cancer and she wanted to snap a few photos without her hair. I was thrilled and in the end I think they are some of the best from this session.
